It's good, but it only fits Sheaffer fountain pens.

Gorgeous Pen! Super fast Delivery.

This limited edition pen from Esterbrook is stunning and it writes like a dream. The swirls of blood red, black and cream.. are beautiful and the entire package is so thoughtful! Glad this was available at Makoba.
I also want to compliment the Makoba team.. I always get the best selection, prices and literally the fastest delivery from them ! That’s why I keep coming back for more pens and inks :)

Just keep buying these Monteverde Tool pens.
Added this to my collection of other colours. The Stub nib 1.1 is excellent to use. Tried the pen with a changed grip and the writing that emerged was at another level altogether, though the speed reduces a little. The blue looks sober and serious, ideal for a day of thought. Now I need to find a brighter colour for the fun days.

Bright Red

Nice bright and wet. Different from deep or dark red. Don't get it if dark is your think. Match your pen colour.

Likes: Triangular grip is good, Z28 converter included, Packaging is solid.

Improvements: all good but not to my liking. Fine nib is not satisfying to write

Go for AL-Star instead.

Purchased this Lamy Safari Scarlet (F) on Makoba anniversary sale for 2932/- INR. I was so excited but when I opened the box I was disappointed. The pen feels a bit cheap with complete plastic build which hardly justifies the price. And the fine nib is not satisfying to write, was expecting more thinner lines. I would suggest go for Extra-Fine nib for whose who want precise writing experience. I would go for AL Star version which feels more premium than safari if I were to purchase my first LAMY Pen.
