The nibs of both the Pilot Kakuno and the Pilot Metropolitan are same. Since, i already had the Medium nib of the Metropolitan, i chose the fine nib in the Kakuno. I am thoroughly enjoying the pens. Thanks Makoba for the pens. Its an amazing experience buying all genuine pens.

This ink is absolutely lovely, at a certain angle in lowlight it’ll almost look like you’re writing with a pencil. One of the best parts is that this ink, and I believe this is the case for most Iroshizuku inks, works well on cheap paper as well, not a lot of feathering/wooliness.
Love the heft and feel of the pen. Writes beautifully.

I have some experience in using fountain pen. This pen nib even though is medium size but writing quality is of broad size. Lines will get easily blotted. This pen is not for regular day to day use. Company should rethink about categorizing it as broad nib pen. I have returned pen. Hoping that company will agree with my view

I was looking to buy a pen for gifting and was a bit tight on the deadline by the time I decided on Kaweco Piston AL Sport. Broad nibs have thr challenge of finding the right balance between smoothness and friction. This one manages to hit the spot for me. Slightly expensive though.
As always there is nothing to complain about this pen , was very sceptical how the broad nib will function but it is working very good.
