The Monteverde MV31080 Screw Type Converter is a twist-piston converter for fountain pens that take standard international cartridges, holding about 0.8ml of your favourite bottled ink.
Key highlights
- Model: MV31080
- Mechanism: screw-driven piston
- Capacity: about 0.80ml
- Fits: standard international cartridge pens
- Brand: Monteverde
Precise twist filling
Turn the knob at the end of the MV31080 and the piston travels smoothly up and down the barrel. You can expel a few drops back into the bottle to release air bubbles, then draw up again for a full, controlled fill.
More ink than a cartridge
At around 0.8ml, the MV31080 holds a generous amount of ink for a converter, so you can write longer between refills while enjoying any bottled ink you choose.
Which pens does it fit?
The MV31080 fits Monteverde pens and the many other fountain pens designed for standard international cartridges. Brands that use their own proprietary cartridges, including Parker, Sheaffer, Cross, Pilot, Sailor, Platinum, Aurora and Lamy, need their own converters.
Frequently asked questions
