Why Buy from Makoba? Expert Advice, QC & Careful Packing

A good pen purchase starts with the right advice and ends with an order that has been checked and packed with care. At Makoba, we bring those steps together for customers shopping online or visiting our stores.

Pen specialists who help you choose

Our team includes pen specialists and consultants who help you compare writing formats, nib options, filling systems and the details that matter to you. Tell us how you write, what you already use and what you want to change. For gifting, tell us about the recipient and occasion so we can help you choose with purpose.

A wide collection, with genuine pricing

We offer an extensive collection of international and Indian pens, inks, notebooks and writing accessories. Our genuine pricing lets you compare the options clearly. Product specifications and listed availability help you make an informed choice, supported by a team you can speak to.

Official importers of leading pen brands

We officially import Namiki, Montegrappa, Scribo, Aurora, Graf von Faber-Castell, Faber-Castell, Monteverde, Pininfarina, Private Reserve, Visconti, Wancher, Leonardo, Esterbrook, Conklin, Tibaldi and Taccia into India. We also offer a broad selection from other leading pen brands. Warranty coverage follows the terms applicable to the specific brand and product.

Every pen checked before dispatch

Our separate QC team checks each pen received from the brand. After QC and before dispatch, our online dispatch team photographs each pen, documenting the item prepared for the customer's order. That attention to the individual pen is part of how we handle online purchases.

Protective packing for delicate products

Pens and glass ink bottles need thoughtful packing. Our specialist packaging team packs these items with care to protect them in transit. Read our shipping policy and exchange and return policy for the terms that apply to your order.
