Why choose cartridges?
Cartridges are the simplest way to use a fountain pen. There is no bottle to open and no ink to spill: unscrew the barrel, push in a fresh cartridge, and you are ready to write. They are perfect for travel, the office and school bags.
A cheerful turquoise
Turquoise is one of the most popular fountain pen colours for a reason: it is bright and fresh yet still readable for everyday notes. Use it for journaling, study notes or as a friendly colour for marking.
Will they fit my pen?
These are standard international short cartridges, the most common cartridge size in Europe. They fit most cartridge/converter pens from brands such as Visconti, Kaweco, Diplomat, Pelikan, Faber-Castell and many others. They do not fit pens that only fill from a bottle, such as Visconti power-fillers or piston fillers.
Tips
- Keep a spare cartridge in your pen's barrel or bag
- Store cartridges away from heat and direct sunlight
- Flush your pen with water when switching colours
