Undoubtedly a great pen to try. In similar price range Sailor Tuzu is another option but writing experience with Pilot Prera is far better, no feedback almost. Highly recommend. This is my fourth TWBI Eco. I realized that the earlier ones which I had were all in fine nib, so this I decided to go for a medium one. The Slate Blue Onyx is a gorgeous pen and medium nib is smooth as butter and juicy . As usual Makoba team excelled in packaging and delivery

Just keep buying these Monteverde Tool pens.
Added this to my collection of other colours. The Stub nib 1.1 is excellent to use. Tried the pen with a changed grip and the writing that emerged was at another level altogether, though the speed reduces a little. The blue looks sober and serious, ideal for a day of thought. Now I need to find a brighter colour for the fun days.
