This is a lovely pen ❤️

The Sales Officer Sam takes very good care of the order and makes sure a good,well functioning , quality product is sent . I love how they have a personal touch with their customers .This pen is the cutest one in my collection. And it is a smooth writer .

Likes: Timeline, smooth delivery process and customer care experience

Improvements: Quality control of the product before shipping. I had to return this pen because of misaligned tines of the nib. This should never have happened.

Excellent shopping experience but poor quality control

Excellent shopping experience with Makoba. I have been a consistent customer of Makoba. Bought custom 74, Platinum Procyon, Lami Studio, Twsbi Eco and many more without any complaints except for a recent one, Pelikan Pura. Some quality check before shipping is much needed. The tunes of the nib were misaligned. I am yet to hear back from them regarding replacement or fix.

Likes: The whole Purchase process was smooth and complete.

Improvements: Maybe add more varieties of brand.

An unusual and lovely pen

This is a stubby pen from TWSBI with an fine nib. This nib is more like Western fine nib than Japanese ones and is very smooth.
