Description
Dark, mysterious and magical, Vinta Mystical Eve [Saysay 1925] is a purplish black ink with hidden depths of deep green and a fine overlay of shimmer.
A Lola Basyang story
The Fairytale Collection is inspired by the children's stories of Filipino author Severino Reyes, better known as Lola Basyang, who helped popularise literature in Tagalog. Mystical Eve is based on the tale "Rosamistica", in which an orphan girl gives her only coin to a hungry mother and child. The year 1925 marks the first appearance of the Lola Basyang stories in the magazine Liwayway.
