Japanese make one of the world’s best fountain pens and ink, and the SAILOR is one of Japan's three principal pen manufacturers. I love their fountain pens and inks. This was my 3rd Sailor Gold Nib!
It’s a genuine product that is made in Japan. The delivery was on time and was well-packed, ensuring no damage to the pen. It came in a well-built cardboard box and with proper cushioning. It came in a nice box with 2 proprietary (black) ink cartridges and a piston converter. So that one can use it right away.
It’s a high-quality resin body with a 14k Gold nib that literally works buttery smooth on paper. I don’t want to comment much on the quality of this pen, as Sailor is one of the gold standards of fountain pens. Perhaps I will make a separate detailed review later.
The price seems a bit high for the Indian market, but nonetheless, it's value for money.
Writing experience is superb. Not cheap for sure. Hopefully it lasts long enough.

It's a nice, dark, permanent ink that writes very well with any pen. It is one of my regular use inks.
