How the Lock-It piston works
To fill the Purple Frost MP1, unlock the piston knob, dip the nib in ink and turn the knob to draw it up into the barrel. When you are done, the Lock-It catch of the Purple Frost pen holds the knob in place so it cannot be turned by accident. Because the whole barrel of the Purple Frost MP1 is the ink chamber, it holds around 2ml, far more than a standard converter.
