Wanted a daily use Premium Foutain pen. Pilot Japan did not dissapoint with the Metropolitan line. Very smooth nib despite being extra fine.
have used premium Lamy pens with medium and fine nibs which are too smooth and writing feels slippery. Pilot pens are best in my personal opinion. Gold finish is premium looking.

the M runs finer than the Eco M which is exactly what i wanted. The M is closer to a Fine.
