Improvements: Why does fhe refills not work?

Refill not working

Bought a few nice Waterman pens from you. The refills arent working! This is a bad experience.
I wanted to buy a few more pens but am not confident.

Great gift for my wife for her birthday

Very nice pen indeed. Elegant and writes well. The retractable nib is an unique feature . She is enjoying her gift indeed.

Likes: The pen.

Improvements: If possible for this specific order, it would be nice to also include the squeeze convertor for the sake of cleaning out the pen whenever required.

Pilot Metropolitan

I spent a lot of time considering what pen I wanted owing to the fact that my previous pen, the Muji Aluminum Fountain Pen had a rather disappointing writing experience. And after this careful consideration I came to the conclusion that my next pen would be the eponymous Pilot Metropolitan. I can say hands down, out of my small collection of Parkers and the Muji, that the Pilot is the best looking as well as the best writer. Throughly satisfied with my purchase.
