Description
The flagship of the Opera Collection. The Waterman Exception Opera Fountain Pen in Black & Gold GT takes Waterman's most architectural shape, with its distinctive squared silhouette, and finishes it in black lacquer and an engraved gold-coated cap.
Please note: this Waterman Opera edition is made for sale only in India and Nepal.
Why the Exception is Waterman's statement pen
- 18K solid gold nib engraved with Waterman's globe design, in Fine
- Squared, architectural body that stands out from round pens
- Substantial 42g weight (cap 15g, barrel 27g)
- 14.3mm diameter for a relaxed, confident grip
- Cartridge or converter filling, with the converter included
The Opera inspiration
The Opera Collection celebrates the splendour of French opera houses. On the Exception, the engraved heritage pattern on the gold-coated cap, inspired by Waterman's Man 100 Opera of 1985, contrasts beautifully with the deep black lacquer.
Size
138mm capped and 165mm posted: comfortable either way, with plenty of presence on the desk.
A gift for the big moments
Board appointments, retirements, milestone birthdays: the Exception Opera arrives in a Waterman Prestige gift box and is made to be handed down.
