Waterman Carene Fountain Pen - Blue CT
Please note: the Waterman Carene Blue fountain pen is made for sale only in India and Nepal.
Shaped like a boat gliding along the Seine. The Waterman Carene Fountain Pen in Blue CT pairs a deep blue lacquered barrel with bright palladium-finished trim and Waterman's famous inset 18K gold nib.
The name Carene comes from the French word for a ship's hull, and the Waterman Carene Blue fountain pen has the long, tapering profile that has made the Carene one of Waterman's most admired designs.
Inset gold nib
The nib of the Waterman Carene Blue fountain pen flows out of the grip section like the prow of a boat. It is 18K gold, for a smooth, cushioned writing feel, and we offer it in Fine and Medium.
Filling
The Waterman Carene Blue fountain pen takes Waterman cartridges (about 1.3ml) or the included converter (about 0.6ml), so you can use any bottled ink.
Size and balance
The Waterman Carene Blue fountain pen is 145mm capped and 150mm posted, 13.3mm across and about 33g. The snap cap clicks on securely.
