Description
Red and gold is the colour of celebration in India, from wedding cards to festival décor, so it's no surprise the Sailor Pensiero Verita S Red ball pen is a favourite for gifting. The bold red resin barrel is framed by gold plated fittings, giving you a Japanese ball pen that looks festive yet still feels right in a formal meeting.
The look
This isn't a shy pen. The red is rich and glossy, and the gold clip and bands lift it further. Put it next to a plain black pen on your desk and you'll see the difference straight away. It's for people who enjoy a bit of personality in their everyday carry.
The practical bits
It's 133mm long with a 12mm diameter and weighs 23g, a well-judged size for most hands. There's no cap: a twist of the barrel brings the tip out, and another twist puts it away. That makes it a sensible pick for people who are always on the move, whether you're a doctor on rounds, a sales executive or a student running between lectures.
When to gift it
- Diwali and New Year corporate gifting
- Weddings and anniversaries, where red and gold feel just right
- A congratulations gift for a new job or promotion
It comes boxed in Sailor's original packaging with the international warranty card.
Also available
The Pensiero Verita S ball pen also comes in violet, green and blue with the same gold trim.
