Nino Marino Signature Columbus Silver Limited Edition Fountain Pen
A tribute to the great age of exploration. The Nino Marino Signature Columbus Silver Limited Edition Fountain Pen combines wood from the historic Italian sailing ship Amerigo Vespucci with sea-blue resin, crowned by a sculpted sterling silver caravel.
Nino Marino is an Italian designer known for sculptural, silver-crafted writing instruments, and the Nino Marino Columbus Silver celebrates the ships, oceans and navigators of the Age of Discovery. It is a collector's pen and a beautiful gift for anyone who loves the sea and its history.
Wood from a legendary ship
The barrel of the Nino Marino Columbus Silver pairs historic wood from the Amerigo Vespucci, the Italian Navy's famous training tall ship, with sea-blue resin that recalls the open ocean.
A silver caravel
On top of the cap of the Nino Marino Columbus Silver sits a 925 sterling silver caravel, the type of sailing ship used by the great explorers, made by lost-wax casting and finished by hand.
14K gold nib and piston
The Nino Marino Columbus Silver writes with a palladium-plated 14K gold nib, which we offer in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Broad, and fills from the bottle with a piston mechanism. The Nino Marino Columbus Silver is clipless, keeping its sculptural lines clean.
A limited edition
The Nino Marino Columbus Silver is made in limited numbers in Italy, making it a true collector's piece.
