Infinite depth
Cosmic Abyss is the most understated colour in the Galaxy series. At first glance it reads as a smart dark blue, perfect for the office, but in the light you will see the shimmer that gives it a feeling of endless depth, like starlight in a midnight sky.
About the series
The Galaxy series is a 2026 overseas limited edition from Sailor, not sold in Japan, built on the 1911 Casual L with shimmering PMMA resin and black ion-plated details.
Writing with a Sailor nib
Each large stainless steel nib is hand-finished in Japan. Sailor's nibs are known for precision and a pleasant, pencil-like feedback. If you have small handwriting, the Extra Fine or Fine will feel wonderful; for an everyday line, try Medium Fine or Medium.
Frequently asked questions
