This limited edition pen from Esterbrook is stunning and it writes like a dream. The swirls of blood red, black and cream.. are beautiful and the entire package is so thoughtful! Glad this was available at Makoba.

Just keep buying these Monteverde Tool pens.
Added this to my collection of other colours. The Stub nib 1.1 is excellent to use. Tried the pen with a changed grip and the writing that emerged was at another level altogether, though the speed reduces a little. The blue looks sober and serious, ideal for a day of thought. Now I need to find a brighter colour for the fun days.

Nice bright and wet. Different from deep or dark red. Don't get it if dark is your think. Match your pen colour.

I love this pen.

The pen has serious quality issues. The rubber gasket has detached itself, rendering the ink filling vac mechanism useless. For claiming warranty they want the customer to send to them.
