Skulls & Roses marks a new beginning – both thematically and stylistically. Full-body ornamentation on this pen is a demonstration of Montegrappa’s recently acquired, 6-axis deep laser engraving technology. This radical reworking of the Extra shape features an all-over tattoo like engraving enhanced with hand antiquing and satin finishing. Lightly textured, its continuous pattern completely envelops Skulls & Roses’ sterling-silver body. Mirror-polished silver end discs, cap band, trim ring and clip are points of continuity from the Extra family, while a lifeblood red cubic zirconia and magma Montegrappite grip section provide the design’s only traces of color. A solitaire, embedded in the clip, symbolizes personal rebirth. The Montegrappite tip is excellent grip for total control. The intricate tattoo-style engraving on the entire barrel is made entirely of sterling silver, the oxidized and satin effect give a magnificent "worn" result.
A classic, with a rebellious touch. Skulls & Roses is available in a limited edition of 333 fountain pens and is delivered in a walnut case with a custom plaque and certificate. The Montegrappa Skulls & Roses has a piston-filler with an 18k gold nib and ebonite feed and a custom 50ml bottle of ink.

One of best dual toned Blue ink without losing its actual identity

Wonderful ink without dual toned even in Fine variant of nibs, lubricates the nib and feed properly, drying time less which is easier on quality paper types. It is surely going to be one of the blues to considered as collectibles.

Excellent service by the company.

I am having waterman ink pen. The feeder which supplies ink to the pen was damaged. I tried for the same from various leading stores in Delhi but no one provided the same. Mr Yogesh Store manager cared too much for this and arranged the part of the pen which fitted perfectly with the pen. The pen is working excellent as it is a new pen. I got the feeder also from local company but it did not work well. I give five star rating to the company ans specially to MR Yogesh, store manager, who has carried out the entire transaction.
