Just the way it is supposed to be

No surprises here. My only wish is the engraving to be a little darker colour. On a chrome cap, the engraving doesn't give the required contrast. Other than that, excellent.

No complaints with the product or the company. Everything is just the way it should be. They follow up on WhatsApp regarding product update, which is nice. The delivery is quick with proper tracking.

Improvements: The following is not criticism but sharing my experience while i am purchasing the pilot metropolitan i also wanted to buy a converter Con-40 twist type as Con 70 is not suitable for the pilot metropolitan. But there was no option to it. So i will suggest to add the converter as add on in the buying section along with the nib and book. Also add pen maintenance kit as add on . This will make buying simpler for a newbie. Regarding out of stock - I wanted to buy diamine ink meadow but the stock was not available. Similarly i wanted to buy con 40 but it was not available, so this made to buy from other websites. This is my experience. I am sorry if i somehow offended you, as i dont know the inner workings of your company.

I am a beginner, so all i can say is It is a good pen.

It is definitely a must buy pen. A little heavier in weight, but is balanced. Writing experience is very smooth. Finishing is also good.
