I was thrilled to get it on time before Independence Day. The customer service, as expected, was spot on. The pen has a smooth nib and it glides on paper.

Very professional staff when it comes to replying to queries. I had doubt regarding why the package did not had physical copy of instruction guide/ warranty card which was clarified that new stock don't carry the same. Also the pen arrived good with proper safe packaging.. Thank you!!

Got my sailor pen today. It comes with two cartridges and a converter. It is writing nice out of the box. Ink flow is pretty good. A bit small for my hands but not bad. I can feel the pencil like friction they always talk about sailor pens. Pen body colour is pretty amazing. Overall very good first experience.

Vibrant cerulean blue

This is my first TWSBI and boy do I like it. The look, feel and color is excellent. The balance of the pen is great. The medium nib is smooth with a bit of feedback.
