Paper and layout
At 90 gsm, the paper is on the heavier side for a planner, which helps it handle fountain pens, roller balls and gel pens with less show-through and bleed-through than ordinary notebook paper. Ruled lines keep your handwriting neat and are ideal for meeting notes, journalling and study. Wire binding lets it open completely flat or fold back on itself, which is handy on a crowded desk. Its planner layout helps you map out priorities, track tasks and keep your week under control. Because it is undated, you can start on any day of the year and never waste a page.
Who is it for?
It is a great planner for students, professionals, writers and anyone who thinks better on paper. It also makes a thoughtful gift, especially when paired with a pen from our fountain pen collection.
Choosing the right pen for it
The right pen makes a good planner even better. Ballpoints and pencils work on any paper, while roller balls and fountain pens show off the paper's smoothness. For fountain pens, finer nibs and well-behaved inks give the crispest lines; try a broad nib on the back page first. You will find great pairings in our fountain pens and inks.
Care tips
Keep it away from water and direct heat, store it flat or upright on a shelf, and close it when not in use to keep the pages crisp. Let fountain pen ink dry for a few seconds before closing the cover to avoid transfer onto the facing page.
