How to get the best from it
- Shake gently before filling, because shimmer particles settle to the bottom over time.
- Use a medium or broad nib for the best sparkle; very fine nibs don't lay down enough ink to show it off.
- Clean your pen regularly and flush it with water when changing inks, as shimmer particles can build up if left for long periods.
- Give it time to dry. This isn't a fast-drying ink, so let the page rest a moment before closing your notebook.
Good to know
This ink is not water resistant, so it's best for letters, art and journals rather than documents that may get wet.
