Aurora 88 Viaggio Segreto Fountain Pen - Labirinto (Limited Edition)
Lose yourself in a garden maze. The Aurora 88 Viaggio Segreto Fountain Pen in Labirinto is a numbered limited edition of 888 pieces, inspired by the labyrinth of Villa Barbarigo near Padua, one of the oldest hedge mazes in the world.
Aurora, founded in Turin in 1919, is one of Italy's most historic pen makers and still makes its own gold nibs. Its 'Viaggio Segreto in Italia' (Secret Journey through Italy) series celebrates hidden corners of the country, and the Aurora Labirinto is the eighth and final stop on that journey. The maze it celebrates was designed as a metaphor for the path of life, which makes the Aurora Labirinto a meaningful gift for a new chapter.
Green like a hedge maze
The Aurora Labirinto is made from green mottled Auroloid, Aurora's own resin, with lighter tones that echo light and shadow falling through tall hedges. Chrome-plated fittings keep the look fresh and elegant.
The Aurora 88
The 88 is Aurora's classic piston-filling pen, first launched in 1947. The Aurora Labirinto keeps its balanced shape and its large ink capacity.
18K gold nib
The Aurora Labirinto has an 18K gold nib, rhodium plated to match the trim, made by Aurora in Italy. We offer Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and Double Broad.
Music and art in the box
Each Aurora Labirinto arrives in a black lacquered wooden case with an exclusive watercolour you can keep like a postcard, and a QR code that plays music composed for this edition.
Size
The Aurora Labirinto is 135mm long capped, 157mm posted and 14mm in diameter.
