The Vienna pattern
The cap of the Xetra Vienna Black is engraved by hand with the Vienna pattern, a decorative touch that sets this special edition apart from the standard Xetra. Against the glossy black barrel, the engraved silver stands out clearly.
Slim Xetra profile
At 137mm long and 10.8mm in diameter, the Xetra Vienna Black is slimmer than the Tango, and weighs about 38g. A screw cap and spring-loaded clip complete the design.
German craftsmanship
Like the rest of the range, the Xetra Vienna Black is made by Waldmann in the Pforzheim area of south-west Germany, a region known worldwide for precious metal craft.
Nib and filling
Every Xetra Vienna Black is fitted with a polished stainless steel nib in your choice of Extra Fine, Fine, Medium or Broad. The Xetra Vienna Black takes standard international cartridges, and a converter is included for bottled ink.
Looking after the Xetra Vienna Black
Sterling silver can darken gently with time; a soft silver cloth brings back the shine on the Xetra Vienna Black. Flush the nib section of the Xetra Vienna Black with clean water when you change ink colours.
