The story behind Nova Stella
Scribo's Nova Stella limited edition is inspired by Ulysses' last voyage in Canto XXVI of Dante's Inferno. 'Nova stella' means stars never seen before, and the number 133 recalls verse 133, where Ulysses glimpses an unknown mountain. Each twelve-sided body is handmade in a resin Scribo calls cosmic brown, with the edition number and year engraved on the grip section.
The joy of a flex nib
Scribo's 14K gold flex nib responds to pressure, opening up to give expressive thick and thin strokes. It is a favourite of calligraphers and anyone who wants handwriting with real character, yet it writes beautifully as an everyday nib too.
The Feel shape
Feel is Scribo's signature model: a generous body that sits comfortably in the hand, with a built-in piston that draws ink straight from the bottle. Its large capacity means fewer refills and more writing.
Rose gold warmth
Rose gold trim brings out the warm, cosmic brown tones of the resin, giving the pen a soft, luxurious glow.
Frequently asked questions
