Description
Learning calligraphy should be fun, not frustrating. The Schneider Callissima Calligraphy Pen in Apricot CT is a friendly, lightweight calligraphy pen for beginners, made in Germany by Schneider, with a warm apricot body and chrome trim.
Getting started in four simple steps
- Load the ink. A cartridge and a converter are both included, so you can start with the cartridge or fill the converter from a bottle.
- Hold the pen at a steady angle. Calligraphy nibs make thick and thin strokes depending on the direction you move the pen.
- Practise basic strokes. Straight lines, curves and loops come before full letters.
- Move on to alphabets. Italic and gothic styles are a great place to begin.
