Platinum Biso Fountain Pen - Mystic Purple GT (Limited Edition)
Some fountain pens are built for the desk; the Biso is built to go everywhere with you. The Platinum Biso Fountain Pen in Mystic Purple GT is part of a limited worldwide release of 1,500 pens, finished in a deep, pearlescent purple with a mysterious shimmer that changes from violet to plum in different light.
Platinum, founded in Japan in 1919, is known for reliable nibs and clever engineering such as the Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen. The Mystic Purple Biso is slimmer and lighter than Platinum's famous #3776 Century, so it is comfortable for small hands, long writing sessions and everyday carry.
Pearlescent resin
The resin of the Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen contains a pearlescent effect, so the colour seems to glow and change with the angle of the light. Gold trim warms the Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen.
Gold-plated steel nib
The Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen has a stainless steel nib plated in gold, available in Fine and Medium. Japanese nibs run finer than European ones, so the Fine on the Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen is ideal for small handwriting and planners.
Filling
The Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen fills with Platinum cartridges, or with a Platinum converter for bottled ink. A converter for the Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen is sold separately.
Size and weight
The Platinum Biso Mystic Purple fountain pen is about 138mm long capped and 149mm posted, with a 12.7mm cap, and weighs around 19g, light enough to forget it is in your pocket.
