Another upgrade compared to the preppy is the introduction of the Steel clip on the pen which makes it look more formal and executive style. The silhouette of the Prefounte is slender and appearance is very formal. The branding on the pen is minimal too unlike the preppy. Platinum Prefounte is a brilliant option for beginners, students and also for executives who want to start using a fountain pen. This is a no nonsense fountain pen which ready to write straight of the box with the help of the included ink cartridge.
