I am having waterman ink pen. The feeder which supplies ink to the pen was damaged. I tried for the same from various leading stores in Delhi but no one provided the same. Mr Yogesh Store manager cared too much for this and arranged the part of the pen which fitted perfectly with the pen. The pen is working excellent as it is a new pen. I got the feeder also from local company but it did not work well. I give five star rating to the company ans specially to MR Yogesh, store manager, who has carried out the entire transaction.
We wish the company a very bright future.
The craftsmanship is excellent. Such a premium quality at a reasonable price. Lucrin and other luxury brands would charge ten times as much for the same quality.

I purchased Pilot metropolitan Fine nib but it didn’t appealed me for being too thin.
The Makoba executive attended my complaint and changed it to medium nib, although I had to bear one way return shipment charges.
The medium nib just glides on the paper. Good pen from a good seller.👍

very good pen
This pen is quite smooth. Good ink flow. Line slightly varies with pressure. Love the colour. There is a tiny amount of feedback. Comfortable for long hours of writing. Fingers don't get stained with ink. Great value for money.
Very good built quality. Pen came with a converter and two black cartridges. The ink flow is generous. Sailor's famous pencil like feedback is present in the right amount. The complaint is that there is a bite in the writing, if my writing angle changes a bit, the page catches in the nib edges. This does not happen with my other Sailor pens or with the Tuzu Broad. The nib feels as if some tuning was attempted on it.
