Description
Turquoise is one of the most-loved fountain pen colours, and the Sailor Profit Junior Eleuthera Island fountain pen set wears it well. Part of Sailor's Satellite Crayon Series, it pairs a bright turquoise resin body with chrome accents and a genuine Sailor steel nib from Japan. It's a cheerful, lightweight fountain pen that makes everyday writing feel a little more fun.
Built for comfort over long writing sessions
Weighing only 12g, the Profit Junior is one of those pens you can write with for an hour without noticing it in your hand. It's 134mm long with the cap on, 12mm in diameter, and extends to 144mm when posted. The rounded ends and smooth resin finish echo Sailor's classic 1911 styling, and the screw cap keeps ink from evaporating when the pen's in your bag.
Sailor Medium Fine steel nib
Sailor is famous for its nibs, and the steel Medium Fine on the Eleuthera Island is a good example of why. It lays down a fine, consistent line with a touch of feedback that keeps your writing controlled. Since Japanese nib sizes are finer than European equivalents, it's a strong choice if you write small, take a lot of notes, or use everyday Indian notebooks and diaries.
Cartridge and converter included
You get both a cartridge and a converter in the set. Start with the cartridge, then switch to the converter (roughly 0.62ml) when you want to try bottled inks. A turquoise or teal ink in a turquoise pen is a combination many writers love. Remember that Sailor pens take Sailor's own cartridges.
