Onda Blue with chrome

Onda is Italian for wave, and the pattern in this blue resin really does seem to move as you turn the pen. With chrome trim, the Onda Blue CT takes on a cooler, more modern character than the gold-trimmed version, like sunlight on the sea in winter.

Piston filling made easy

The Onda Blue CT Magico has an integrated piston that draws ink straight from the bottle, holding about 1.5ml. A transparent window on the Onda Blue CT pen shows how much ink is left, and Leonardo's dedicated wrench (sold separately) lets the piston unit be removed for cleaning and servicing.

Hand-turned in Italy

Leonardo Officina Italiana hand-turned this Onda Blue CT pen from a solid bar of resin near Naples. The Onda Blue CT Magico is a mid-sized pen, about 145mm capped and 169mm posted, with a 15.4mm cap and a decorative central band in the Momento Magico style.

Extremely Smooth. The medium nib is equal to the fine nib of German-made nibs. Very satisfied with the Ink flow and ergonomics of the pen!

Good writing

This is my first pilot product, I loved it.

Beautiful Pen

My first purchase from makoba. It’s a wonderful fountain pen for small handwriting. The point is finer than a usual Lamy fine nib. And the pen writes with a buttery smooth texture on Tomoe river paper.
It was also delivered very quickly after ordering. The packaging was very nice. Would love to purchase from Makoba again.

Pilot Kakuno Azure Sky Fountain Pen - Light Blue

Pilot Kakuno

I bought this pen after hearing good things about it, but I didn’t expect much since everyone said it was just an entry-level pen. Turns, they were completely wrong. No one mentioned that once you use it, you’ll fall in love with it. They also left out the part about judging a book by its cover. This pen exceeds every standard I use to judge a pen—it’s simply fabulous. I absolutely love it, and it’s become my everyday carry.

The Pilot con-40 fountain pen writes like a dream. And the Leuchtturm 1917 notebook is gorgeous! The design is so thoughtful. I especially love the little pouch in the back cover!

Best first time experience with MAKOBA

I just bought my very first fountain pen the pilot kakuno madoromi series
I was really nervous about it, will it arrive on time or not is the only question that was going through my head
But on the day it arrived the packaging was super safe I mean it took me 5 min just to remove the packaging, the pen was perfect fine, sealed and not a scratch on it.
The only problem was that it arrived 2 days late.
But overall the experience was great I would love to shop again with Makiba

Pilot Metropolitan

It’s a fantastic pen, the grip section is very comfortable. Had to switch out the fine nib for medium, medium is more to my taste but it writes very nicely now.
