Why blue-black?
Blue-black has long been the choice of lawyers, accountants and letter writers. It reads as smart and businesslike, sits between the formality of black and the friendliness of blue, and looks equally good on white or cream paper.
From Leonardo's workshop
Leonardo Officina Italiana is a family pen workshop in the Naples area, celebrated for its colourful resins and Italian craftsmanship. Its inks are made to perform beautifully in its own pens and in fountain pens of every brand.
Everyday performance
As a standard dye-based ink, Leonardo Blue Black flows smoothly, dries reasonably quickly and cleans out of your pen with plain water, making it an easy choice for a daily writer.
