About the hooded nib
On the Yellow C1, most of the nib is tucked inside the section, leaving only the tip exposed. The hood gives the Yellow C1 a smooth, torpedo-like profile and helps keep the ink from drying at the tip between notes.
Simple and sturdy
The Yellow C1 has a metal body with a snap cap that posts securely on the barrel. A converter is included with the Yellow C1 for bottled ink, and the pen also accepts cartridges.
