Description
Titanium is the metal of watch cases, spacecraft and surgical tools: strong, light and resistant to corrosion. The Kaweco Titan Sport fountain pen brings that toughness to the world's favourite pocket fountain pen, in a bright silver-coloured titanium finish that looks as good in a boardroom as it does on a mountain trail.
The perfect everyday carry pen
The Sport's genius is its size. Capped, it is only 107mm long, small enough for a jeans pocket or the smallest bag. Post the cap on the back and it becomes a full-size 127mm writer. The Titan version adds metal confidence: at around 26g it feels substantial without being heavy, and titanium shrugs off the knocks of daily life.
Honest, beautiful wear
Kaweco is upfront about it: over time, fine scratches will appear on the surface. Many owners love this, because it turns the pen into a record of where it has been. If you want a pen that looks better the more you use it, the Titan Sport is a great choice.
Writing performance
- Stainless steel nib, made in Germany, in EF, F, M, B or BB
- Short standard international cartridges; a Royal Blue cartridge is included
- Compatible with the Kaweco Sport mini converter for bottled ink (sold separately)
- Octagonal cap that stops the pen rolling off your desk
- Clipless by default; Kaweco Sport clips can be added
Gift it to someone who has everything
A titanium fountain pen is an unusual, memorable gift for engineers, travellers, outdoor lovers and minimalists. It arrives in a silver tin with a black sleeve.
Titanium vs aluminium Sport
Compared with the aluminium AL Sport, the Titan Sport (about 26g) feels a little more substantial and is noticeably harder-wearing. If you want a lifetime pocket pen that ages honestly and rarely needs babying, titanium is the upgrade worth making.
