Improvements: Nothing
As my very first Diplomat pen, the Diplomat Cobra Bordeaux (EF Nib) has left me completely spellbound by its extraordinary build quality and exceptional in-hand feel. The pen boasts a substantial, perfectly balanced weight and flawless ergonomics, while the Extra Fine nib writes with clean, effortless precision straight out of the box. Beyond the stellar instrument itself, the customer experience from Makoba was truly unmatched—when the EF variant was listed as out of stock on their website, their team went above and beyond to arrange the exact nib size I requested, packaged it so immaculately that it felt fresh off the factory floor, and dispatched it via a premium courier that arrived well ahead of schedule. Prior to purchasing either a pricey or an economical writing instrument, always think about Makoba.
