I love the Fine nib. The scratchy feedback is amazing. The ink flow is excellent with the given ink cartridge. Go for it. No regrets!
I absolutely love it! The Soft Fine nib feels wonderfully smooth, making writing a real pleasure. It’s a beautiful pen that’s a joy to use, and I’m very happy with it. Highly recommended!
Submarine ebonite black
Best all around broad nib, it is smoother and softer to write.

Pilot Ink Cartridge Pack of 5 - Brown
One of favorite pens now. Bought it in broad (writes like a medium) with minimal feedback (lovely). The pen is light but not very large although it's 1911L.
The customer support team cleared my doubts promptly and also sent a video to ease my understanding. This was even before I placed my order. Keep up the promptness. Great experience. Will surely be ordering from you again.
looks cute, writes awesome. great for both sketching and writing. my journalling bestie <3
Diamine Celadon Cat Ink Bottle - 80ml
Extremely Smooth. The medium nib is equal to the fine nib of German-made nibs. Very satisfied with the Ink flow and ergonomics of the pen!
Platinum Preppy Fountain Pen, Black - Steel Nib
This is my first pilot product, I loved it.
My first purchase from makoba. It’s a wonderful fountain pen for small handwriting. The point is finer than a usual Lamy fine nib. And the pen writes with a buttery smooth texture on Tomoe river paper.
It was also delivered very quickly after ordering. The packaging was very nice. Would love to purchase from Makoba again.
Finding the right choice starts with the details. Our Diaries & Journals collection brings the listed options together so you can compare them at Makoba. For example, the collection includes Scholar 2026 Spiral Monthly Planner - Black and Moleskine 2026 Classic Large Hard Cover Daily Planner - Black. Open the listings to review the specific finish, size and other information for each option.
Compare the dimensions, materials, design and intended use described on each product page. Think about how you plan to use the item and check the components included before choosing. Individual models can differ, so review the listing for the specific option you want rather than assuming the whole collection has identical specifications.
We bring the product information together to help you make an informed choice. If you need help comparing Diaries & Journals or identifying a suitable accessory, contact our team with the model you are considering. Confirm the current price and availability on the individual product page before placing your order.
