Beautifully crafted and superb leather quality. The navy blue colour is so rich. However, I have a suggestion for the company. Instead of the option of the slim A6 notebook on the right sleeve if the company gives 2 pockets and 2 extra pen loops then would be really useful for fountain pen lovers. One could fit in 2 extra pens and also use the slip pockets to store various accessories like pen drives. blotting paper, extra converter/ cartridges, an ink vial, etc. Mokoba always provides best price, fast shipment and safe delivery and hence the overall experience was 5 star.

First of all I would like to appreciate Makoba's service. It's top notch, the delivery was superfast(2 days, I live in tier 2 city so most delivery take atleast 3-4 days) packaging was awesome so product wasn't damaged and the pen in itself is awesome. This is my first pen and I am using diamine sapphire blue ink and it's working good. At first the pen wasn't working properly, I thought it was a manufacturing defect but soon realised my pen holding technique wasn't good but now it's working fine and it glides over paper like butter. The ink flow is good and so far it's definately been worth it. I wrote 3 full pages without even realising and my hand doesn't hurt at all. And you can write fast too and it will work properly. The pen's build quality is top notch and it just feels good quality by holding it. Only one issue the colors are not exactly the same as shown is images

The shopping experience is excellent. The MAKOBA site is very user friendly and has a wide range of pens. The payment process was also smooth and packaging was perfect.
The pen is beautiful and very slim which is good for me as I have small hands. The nib is smooth with no incidence of hard-start or skipping. Howver it writes a bit dry to my liking.
MAKOBA supplied me with an extra SCHMIDT convertor as Diplomat does not supply it. My best gratitude for your extra efforts, however the convertor did not fit into the pen as its length was smaller. However I am using it with my other pens.

Easily one of the best writer in my collection. The overall size and dimensions are perfect. The nib is extremely well tuned and smooth for a fine nib. Love the color. This purchase has definitely turned me into a big Estie fan so much that I purchased a second one (Rainforest) within 2 days from my first purchase.

Pilot Kakuno, purchased with a fine nib, is an excellent choice for hobby newcomers. Despite its playful appearance, it performs admirably and features a triangular grip ideal for beginners. However, the absence of a converter is a notable drawback.

Kon-peki really is the perfect shade of blue for me. Unlike navy Shinkai or turquoise Ama-iro, it’s very balanced and gives that nice gel pen shade. It’s a pleasure to write with just the right amount of wetness which dries quick. Possibly my staple ink from now on

I have only heard about Ranga fountain pens, an elegant customised handmade Indian genre from a passionate maker. This is for the first time I saw this classic, simple yet beautiful and cigar shaped large yet so well balanced Ranga pen. Its an elegant pen with super smooth medium nib thats almost as refined as a fine nib and with such a smooth ink flow. The pen is very well balanced compared to the robust size. Its not meant for small hands. But every prolific writer and collector of fountain pen will admire the simple classic design and its performance. Just too good. I got this as a gift and the person who loves and only uses fountain pens appreciated the gift so much. Truly a blessing and definitely I am going to get it soon for my collection as well.

This is your everyday use pen. Its a no non sense workhorse. Only con I can think of is its ink capacity. But then this is same for all pens with converters. This pen flows on any kind of pages without ink spread or blots.

When you look at a page written in Pelikan turquoise it entices you read on and on.
The shade just grabs your attention.
