The aura of the Pelikan M805 Stresemann catches the heart of its owner for sure. Germany's foreign minister during the 1920s, Gustav Stresemann received the 1926 Nobel Peace Prize together with Aristide Biand for his Franco-German reconciliation work. On top of his outstanding political career, Stresemann was also known for a particular suit design. It was mainly characterized by pinstriped trousers. These trousers form the basis for the tribute to this collection - officially making it “Stresemann”, offered with anthracite pinstripes combined with black parts and palladium-plated highlights. The black parts are self-polishing, and they are characterized by an extremely rich sheen. This pen comes with a solid 18K Gold nib to ensure a smooth writing. In short, the Pelikan M805 Stresemann is a timeless, classic & elegant looking fountain pen with excellent writing and very pleasant proportions.
