Kaweco Collection Fountain Pen with Optional Clip - Cyan (Special Edition) -
The Kaweco COLLECTION is a range of approximately 6 special colours each year, which will be released in addition to the standard ranges. Each release is available to order for approximately 12 months or for a limited period of time. If a colour proves to be super-popular, Kaweco may decide to make it a mainstream colour the following year. Kaweco COLLECTION features colours that match current trends. The pens come in special packaging, have "Kaweco Collection" branding on them. This pretty, functional and captivating fountain pen comes with a steel nib and refils with cartridge / convertor. The Kaweco Sport model made from high-quality plastic, in a colourful Cyan goes as a special edition "Collection". The pure colour in combination with the silver accentuations gives this writing instrument an elegant character. On the one hand, the icy effect of Cyan perfectly harmonizes with the frosty season. On the other hand, Cyan is reminiscent of the gorgeous colouring of the Caribbean sea and therefore stimulates to dream.

Kaweco Sport Collection Cyan (M): Tiny when cappy, decent when posted!
Overall build: A small plastic pen that feels extremely light in hand. The build looks detailed and expected to withstand abuse.
Design: This is the most unique part, tiny when capped, decent when posted. Screw type cap that opens with ease. A pen designed to be written as posted and carry effortlessly in pocket having the size of a cigarette lighter. Although this is more popularly used without the clip, I preferred to attach the detachable clip. The clip and the nib mentions the birth year of the German brand Kaweco as 'Since 1883'. The pen feels very comfortable in hand due to the fantastic facets on the cap giving it an octagonal cross section. The petit body of the pen consists of a small section with manageable grip (for me) and cylindrical barrel. The barrel has a slight step down near its finial that aids secure posting. A marvelous design in short!
Filling mechanism: Cartridge/converter. Uses either a mini Kaweco converter or short international cartridge. Comes with only the latter (blue).
Writing experience: Steel nib with plastic feed that writes considerably smooth. Relatively more springy than a Lamy Safari or Pilot Metropolitan nib. The medium nib puts a relatively broader stroke than the M nib of (my) Lamy Safari. Surprisingly wet for a small nib-feed complex.
Concluding remarks: A unique design that also holds the value of a classic.

Within India, we charge a delivery fee of INR 125 for orders below INR 1500. For orders above INR 1500 shipping is free.
International shipping is calculated at Rs 3000 for orders under INR 15000.00 (Approx US$200). For orders above INR 15000.00 (Approx US$200) we don’t charge a shipping fee. This is applicable to standard packaged pens.

Shipping methods and delivery times and tracking:For shipping within India, we have partnered with leading courier and delivery companies like Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, etc. The Courier partner for any particular Indian Pin code depends on the availability of service of any of the provided service partners. Orders placed before 12:00 noon usually get shipped the same day or max in 24 hours. Once the shipment process is started, you would start receiving automated email and SMS updates with tracking details, from our Shipping management partners. We usually ship products only through Airfreight that reach a destination in 2 working days.
For Shipping to International addresses, our preferred courier partners are EMS Speed Post and UPS. Depending on the product combination ordered, order preparation can take about 3 days to ensure safe packaging and to complete the formalities.

Shipping restrictions:For Shipments within India, we don’t have any restrictions in place. If at all, any arise due to non-accessibility of any particular region or city, our support team will coordinate to find the best alternative.
For International orders, there are restrictions in place to courier liquid products i.e Inks. Kindly avoid ordering inks. Even if by oversight, inks are ordered we would refund the order value of inks and ship only the items allowed.
In very rare and unpredictable circumstances, a package is lost during transit. We would wait for a period of 30 days to complete the process of tracking and re-shipping to your right address, failing which we would give a refund at the end of 30 days.
